**Chiropractic care,
**Diabetes education and monitoring,
**SRS program assistance,
**Prescription
assistance programs, and referrals to services not offered.
We are not limited to or bound by the services
listed here. We will change services offered as providers sign up to volunteer.
Services NOT offered:
**Emergency
care. Patients will be referred to the local emergency room and if they are transported by ambulance, the costs are the responsibility
of the patient.
**Obstetric, gynocological, or pre-natal care
**Workman Compensation cases
**Prescriptions
for contraception or referrals for abortion
**SGHC does NOT have narcotics
on site and will NOT refill narcotic prescriptions
